fantasy photoshoot collaboration: summer sun goddess

In June I had the honor of working alongside a number of different artists on a collaboration I created to celebrate the summer solstice. The details for the shoot were formed in conversations with a couture fantasy gown design duo, along with the addition of a local model and make-up artist. The group was so fantastic to work with, I knew we could pull it off!!

In my mind, I had a vision for a particular image - shot from below - with our sun goddess atop a hill, and the bright evening light glowing behind her. I knew that the perfect location was out there, and after some scouting was able to find that it did indeed exist in Seattle. I was SO happy to find the exact spot to match the vision in my mind!

We had a beautiful time exploring this Seattle location, laughing and enjoying an evening making art together.
